Grants for increased personal mobility between sectors, universities, countries and disciplines.
Examples of programs include:
Strategic Mobility, where a researcher at a university can apply for grants to cover his or her salary when doing research at a company. A person at a company can get funding to cover his or her salary while doing research at a university.
The financial time period for the Strategic Mobility programme corresponds to 4 - 12 months full-time duty and the maximum grant is SEK 2 million.
Strategic International Recruitment, where a researcher at a Swedish university apply for funding to finance a very distinguished foreign guest researcher's work in the applicant researcher's research group.
The financial time period for Strategic International Recruitment is equivalent to 1 - 3 years with at least half-time work for the visiting researcher.
The application is assessed for the project's scientific quality, strategic relevance, the guest researcher's skills, conditions of the receiving environment to meet the needs of the guest researcher and the intentions of the parties involved.
